To maintain the integrity of our collectible items, we only accept returns on unopened, factory-sealed products within 30 days of purchase. Damaged or defective discs can be replaced free of charge.
Are your Blu-ray discs region-locked?

How do you ensure my items aren't damaged during transit?
We use heavy-duty, reinforced cardboard packaging and bubble wrap for all shipments to ensure that slipcases and box sets arrive in mint condition.
